The primary goal was to record our business contacts, but also to monitor new business opportunities, on the basis of which we wanted to achieve better results. As soon as they deployed this system, training started for us, and we were a little afraid of it. However, the training was very smooth and above our expectations. We started using the system from day one after training. In the beginning, there were some problems and shortcomings about one to two months, which is probably quite normal for such a system, but thanks to the reliable support we managed everything. Today, without EcoCRM, we cannot imagine our business.

However, the training was perfect, above expectations. We started using the system from day one after training. In the beginning, a couple of additional consultations were being dealt with one to two months, just by phone, which is quite normal for the new system, but no further calls and consultations were needed. Thanks to the support we have done everything.
CRM has one special feature that perhaps no other program of this type has. This is the CONTROL System, which is an integrated debt collection software. This program helps eliminate unpaid debts, and that's what we were looking for. We also use the program to record customers and suppliers, to manage orders, corporate communications, including entering and resolving business cases and assigning tasks between employees. We definitely don't want to get used to another system, this one suits us best.
For us, it has always been a problem to update customer data in real time and share it with responsible people. Thanks to CRM we have everything under one roof and for all. It looks like magic to the customer. Wherever he calls, with whomever he speaks, he always gets the right answer and everyone treats him as if he knew him by name and no one else was more important. It really pays off.
Already at the beginning of our business, we knew that we needed a competent corporate program that would do many things and be reliant on it. But such programs were always very expensive and we couldn't afford it. CRM is for 290 CZK per month, which is a great price and it excited us. We needed more than "just" CRM. And that is the great advantage of CRM. CRM is CRM and ERP in one. It is a customer relationship management program linked to the information and economic system. It's sophisticated, though not perfect. But development is moving forward, we noticed. Another series of modules and extensions appeared. We praise and cheer.
Our gastronomy portal is a new project (2014). When we had this idea, we were just thinking of a system that gave us it will facilitate our work and work with clients.
